瓶盖注塑模具采用导热性能优越的热流道系统。导热快速，在瓶盖的制造过程中能够快速升温，达到理想的加热效果。在热流道瓶盖注塑模具的每个模腔内都有一个微型的喷嘴，保证了较大的注塑流量，较小的瓶盖连接点，良好的导热性能。
钢材及加工工具：
瓶盖注塑模具选用上好的钢材制作而成。为了满足不同的加工要求，也会选用不同的模具钢材分别制作型芯，模腔，导柱，框架等。高硬度，良好的加工性能是以上钢材的优点。CNC加工中心，高精度坐标镗床，高压EDM成型机保证了**的加工及高质量的成品。这些设备的主要特点**是加工**，快速。
质量监控：
在设计瓶盖之前，我们**很注意瓶盖的形状及瓶盖的螺纹。在制造的过程中，我们采用**适宜的加工技术和工具。组装后，我们进行多次试模，如果必要我们会做相应的调整以达到顾客的要求。
