1.本项目采购预算为70万元。2.本项目备案编号：51010023210200022016[2023]05239。3.监督部门：成都市财政局；联系电话：028-61882648。4.本项目主要标的信息服务类：服务范围：成都市金财专网；服务要求：业务功能要求(1)保证用户端到端速率，实现高速互连；(2)通过标签交换路径的建立，组建虚拟专网；(3)通过自动迂回功能来保障电路可靠性；(4)支持一个用户同时加入不同的虚拟专网；(5)支持多种用户端接入方式：以太网、数字电路、DSL、 DDN、帧中继等要求；服务标准：（一)供应商需提供售后服务电话和服务人员名单，提供7×24小时技术支持，以及其他快捷、优质的售后服务，保障系统的支撑运行。（二)应急抢险保障服务时限，为确保及时实施抢险和解除故障，供应商需安排专职维护抢险排障队伍，配置越野皮卡车和小型光纤接续设备，可实施全天候24小时抢险排障服务。城区内一般故障1小时内排除，特殊故障3小时内排除；郊县及偏远地方一般故障3小时内排除，特殊故障5小时内排除等标准。
